When you request a "Private Chauffeur" or "VIP Transport" through our platform, your request is dispatched to our network of independent third-party operators (Independent Contractors). We mandate that these operators hold active Commercial Livery Insurance ($1M minimum liability) and valid Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) permits to execute the rides.
- Total Liability Waiver: By booking a ride through Vegas VIP Love LLC, you acknowledge that any claims, damages, personal injuries, accidents, or property losses occurring during transit are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the independent transportation provider and their commercial insurance carrier. Vegas VIP Love LLC, its members, managers, and affiliates shall be held completely harmless and indemnified.
- Security & Payment Policy: For your security and to maintain our corporate tracking standards, all payments for VIP transport must be made directly through our secure corporate platform (via Stripe, Square, or authorized link). Do not pay drivers directly in cash for booked rides. Paying a driver in cash off-platform voids any corporate customer service guarantees and is strictly prohibited.
4. Not a Gambling Site
